A 'Back to Reiki' session shows you how to get back on track if you are feeling distanced and out of touch
from Reiki. It includes a refresher of Usui Reiki, attunements if you feel you want them*, an hour long pampering full treatment
for you to enjoy and get back into feeling the energy, chance to practise symbols (if you have previously done Reiki 2 or
above), chance to go over hand positions and giving Reiki to self and others.
Cost of 'Back to Reiki' session for 1 person (approx 2 and a half hours): €90
(for more than 1 person please contact me).
For Reiki 2 and above graduates please bring your manuals as symbols vary slightly from one lineage to another.
* = Once attuned to Reiki at the various levels; you are attuned for life. Attunements cannot be undone, and they don't
'wither away' because you haven't practised Reiki, for example. However, some people like to get a repeat attunement(s) as
a 'fast track' to put them back in touch with Reiki energy.
