A Reiki treatment lasts approximately one
hour. You can come for just one treatment, or a series of treatments depending on your preferences and needs. A
treatment costs €50. Reiki is usually given on a treatment couch, much the same as a massage couch, and you are simply
required to lie down and relax. Some people fall asleep. Some people enter into a deep meditative state, while others just
enjoy feeling nurtured and very relaxed. You usually remove your shoes for comfort and any tight clothing like a
belt for example if it hinders your total comfort.
