Next Reiki Level One weekend will be run on Sat 1st and Sun 2nd September 2012 in Buds Family & Community Resource Centre, Ballyduff, North Kerry. The course starts at 09:30 and finishes at 5p.m. and runs over the weekend. The cost of this course is €160, €15 discount for booking and placing deposit of €40 min before 20th August 2012 (= €145 in total). Cost includes 40 page colour manual, certificate and refreshments morning and evening.

Reiki is a very special energy that when attuned to you can utilise for healing all aspects of your life. Many people who use Reiki find that as well as relieving pain and emotional suffering they get to the cause of the problem, which is much deeper than simply treating the symptom. It heals on so many different levels. Once you are attuned it is yours for life, whenever or wherever you need it. With level One you also learn how to heal family and friends, animals and much more.

About Reiki

What do I learn in a First Degree Reiki Workshop?

· A comprehension of the History, Origins, Ideals and uses of Reiki.

· Initiation into Reiki at First Degree Level which will open up within you a channel for the energy of Reiki. Having received your Four Attunements you will be able to channel Reiki, Universal Life Force Energy, to yourself or others for healing purposes.

· Hand positions used for treating self.

· Hand positions for treating others.

· An understanding of the ways in which you can enhance your life with Reiki.

· Advice on ethical and good practice procedure and how to use Reiki always for the highest good.

Price Includes: Full initiation into Reiki Level One in the Usui Tradition, award certificate to affirm same, comprehensive 40 page colour Reiki Level One guide book solely for the use of Reiki Level One students and graduates, and refreshments morning and evening.

Afternoon

· Kanji hand positions

· Traditional hand positions for self treatment with demonstrations and practise

· Second Attunement

· Tea

· The Seven Major Chakras

Sunday (09:30 to 5p.m.)

Morning

· Feedback and talk time

· Third Attunement

· morning tea time

· Traditional Hand Positions on Others (with demonstration and chance to practise)

· Advice on Respectful, Ethical and Good Practice Procedure

Lunch approx 1-2

Afternoon

· Practising Meditation

· the importance of Grounding

· the importance of Clearing

· Fourth Attunement

· Tea

· further practise of hand positions on self and others

· time for talk
